I saw this recipe online and tried it tonight. It turned out great. A very healthy and delicious meal. It was only lacking a fresh baguette for dipping.

- Nate and I met while serving as missionaries in Madrid Spain. We were married Dec. 5, 2003 in the SLC Temple. After many years of school in several states and multiple degrees later, we moved to Phoenix, AZ and started our first "real" jobs as Registered Nurses. We bought our first home in November 2008, enjoy living near my family now and taking vacations in Oregon to get away from the heat. We had our first baby, Ellinor, February 2010 and love being her parents.
