26 1/2 weeks!

What a slacker I have been with these belly shots this time around. I think it's because I don't want to walk upstairs to get my "pregnant belly outfit" on. But finally here's a shot, now that I'm almost to the next 28 week picture!

Bubbles!

I don't know why but I have rarely put bubbles in Ellie's bath, until this week. At one point she had a bubble goatee (of course the camera was downstairs), but these ones are still cute. She is such a cute little girl! We love her muchismimo.

We attempted to attend the Zoo's Snow Day, but when we saw there was no close parking we scrapped it and went to Tempe Town Lake's splash pad instead. A much better choice. When we arrived we saw the water wouldn't be on for another 45 minutes but fortunately the guy working there could see the kids pouring in and turned it on 30 minutes early! Ellie loved it. We hadn't planned on her getting so wet, so thus she's not in a swim suit. Good times, until we had to leave and she was past ready for a nap!

Miss Independent

4th of July "camping"

Instead of attempting to go camping for the 4th we decided to go to a cabin, the best of both: a flushing toilet with shower, but yet still plenty of dirt for Ellie to play in outdoors! We found a cabin near Prescott that suited just fine for the occasion. It was great getting out of the heat for a couple days.







The fire restrictions forced us to use other methods for getting our "smores fix!"

Whose Clues?...

Nate's Clues! When I woke up this afternoon Nate and Ellie were gone. Nate left me a note in the form of Ellie's favorite cartoon: Blue's Clues!

Broken treadmill = no exercise. Darn it. But wait we have a gym membership. Darn it.

Date Night Fun!

Our Friday night date was actually quite fun: reorganizing the pantry so Ellie doesn't drop heavy cans on her toes.
